The Company has appointed Gore Street Investment Management Limited, a subsidiary of Gore Street Capital Limited as the Company's Investment Manager. Gore Street was formed in 2015 as a global platform to acquire, develop and manage renewable energy solutions and help reduce the world's dependence on fossil fuels. It is headquartered in London and comprises a diverse group of energy professionals located in Great Britain, Ireland and the US working across finance, construction, engineering, legal and more. The investment team has significant experience in sourcing, structuring and managing large renewable energy projects globally. The Investment Manager was one of the first to deploy privately-owned large-scale battery projects in GB and has successfully acquired and managed storage assets overseas on behalf of the Company.

Angus Gordon Lennox (Chair): Mr Lennox is also Chair of Aberforth Geared Value & Income Trust plc. He is also Executive Chair of two private family businesses. He is a past Chair of the Mercantile Investment Trust plc and a past Senior Independent Director of Securities Trust of Scotland, both of which he has now retired from. Previously, he had a 24-year career as a corporate broker, leading the investment companies team, first as a partner of Cazenove & Co and latterly as a Managing Director of J.P. Morgan Cazenove, which he left in August 2010.
Caroline Banszky: Ms Banszky is currently a non-executive director of 3i Group plc, where she is the Chair of the Audit and Compliance Committee and a member of the Remuneration Committee, and a non-executive director of IntegraFin Holdings plc where she is Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee. In addition, she is a director of the Benefact Trust Limited and a member of their Finance & Investment Committee, a director of the UK Stem Cell Foundation and a member of the Investment Sub-Committee of The Open University. Formerly the Chief Executive of The Law Debenture Corporation p.l.c. from 2002 to 2016, she was also Chief Operating Officer of SVB Holdings PLC, then a Lloyd's listed integrated vehicle, from 1997 to 2002 and Finance Director of N M Rothschild & Sons Limited from 1995 to 1997, having joined the bank in 1981. Ms Banszky originally trained at what is now KPMG.
Patrick Cox: Mr Cox has significant board experience and is currently Chair of Ecocem Ltd and is a non-executive director of Supernode Ltd and Gresham House Ireland. He is a member of the Appointment Advisory Committee of the European Investment Bank. He also sits on the boards of various think tanks and not-for-profit organisations, including as a Senior Fellow and Board Member of the Institute for International and European Affairs, Ireland and as a Board Member of the Ireland China Institute and the Third Age Foundation Ireland. He is a former President of the European Parliament from 2002 – 2004 and of its Liberal Democrat group from 1998-2002, having been a Member of the European Parliament for Munster, Ireland, from 1989 to 2004. He is now the European Coordinator for the Scandinavian- Mediterranean TEN-T Core Network Transport Corridor appointed by the European Commission. He has been bestowed National Honours by Presidents of Austria, Bulgaria, Estonia, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania and Romania, and is a Commander of the Legion of Honour, France. He is a graduate of Trinity College, Dublin and holds Honorary Doctorates from Trinity College Dublin, the National University of Ireland, the University of Limerick, the Open University and the American College Dublin.
Norman Crighton: Mr Crighton is an experienced public company director, having served on the boards of eight closed-end funds and one operating company. Currently, Mr Crighton is Non-Executive Chair of RM Infrastructure Income plc and AVI Japan Opportunity Trust plc, and his previous director appointments included Chair of Harmony Energy Income Trust plc. Mr Crighton has extensive fund experience, having previously been Head of Closed-end Funds at Jefferies International and Investment Manager at Metage Capital Limited, leveraging his 35 years of experience in investment trusts.
Christine Higgins: Ms Higgins is an experienced Non-Executive Director serving on boards across regulated sectors for over 16 years, including for the last nine years in financial services. She is currently a Non-Executive Director and Audit Chair on the board of Macquarie Capital (Europe) Limited. Ms Higgins is a chartered accountant and former senior banker with a 20-year career in asset finance. She worked internationally, leading teams at ANZ (Australia and New Zealand Banking Group), Bank of America and NAB (National Australia Bank), with a focus on financing infrastructure and transportation assets across public and private markets in the UK and Europe.
Simon Merriweather: Mr Merriweather has over 25 years of experience in developing, building, operating, and managing major infrastructure projects worldwide. He currently serves as Senior Advisor and Investment Committee Member at infrastructure fund GLIL Infrastructure LLP, and as a Non-Executive Director at the Bristol City Leap Energy Partnership, a pioneering public-private joint venture dedicated to decarbonising the City of Bristol and its surrounding region. During his executive career, Mr Merriweather was Global Head of Infrastructure Asset Management at Partners Group, where he oversaw and optimised investments across onshore and offshore wind, solar, power networks, and fibre infrastructure spanning Europe, North America, Asia, and Australia. Earlier, as Managing Director of Centrica PLC’s Power Generation division, he was responsible for developing, constructing, and operating a portfolio that included eight gas-fired power stations alongside onshore and offshore wind assets. Prior to that, he served as Managing Director of Generation at EDF Energy, managing a 5GW fleet of coal and gas-fired plants supplying approximately 6% of the UK’s electricity demand. Mr Merriweather began his career with Ernst & Young, qualifying as a Chartered Accountant (ICAEW). He is a Fellow of the Institute of Directors and holds a First-Class BSc (Hons) in Applied Physics from the University of Hull.
Keith Pickard: Mr Pickard is a chartered accountant with over 20 years' experience acting in leadership and finance roles in infrastructure for investment managers, and latterly as Chief Operating Officer for InfraRed Capital Partners, an infrastructure focused investment manager with US$14 billion AUM. At InfraRed, where he worked for 14 years, Mr Pickard was Chief Finance Officer for HICL Infrastructure plc, the FTSE250 investment company. Before InfraRed, Mr Pickard was a portfolio director at John Laing plc for five years, responsible for acquisitions and portfolio management. He also served on their investment committee. Mr Pickard is a Council member and Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and a Valuation Committee member for Federated Hermes Infrastructure.
Lisa Scenna: Ms Scenna is an experienced executive and non-executive director in listed and private sector organisations across real estate, infrastructure, construction and funds management industries in the UK, Europe, Australia, Canada and Middle East. She has held sector specific executive roles in the property, infrastructure and fund management sectors with Stockland and Westfield in Australia, and Laing O'Rourke and Morgan Sindall Group in the UK. She is currently a non-executive director with Cromwell Property Group, Genuit Group plc and Harworth Group plc, as well as an Advisory Board Member of Stories Partners. Ms Scenna has previously been non-executive director for the charity Hub Community Foundation and Deputy Chair for The Private Infrastructure Development Group, an infrastructure platform investing on behalf of various government agencies including in the UK and Australia. Ms Scenna is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
