Annual Report & Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting

Following the release on 5 June 2019 of its annual results for the period 19 January 2018 to 31 March 2019 Gore Street Energy Storage Fund plc (ticker: GSF) announces that it has today published its Annual Report and Financial Statements for the period ended 31 March 2019.

The Company further announces that the Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on Wednesday, 14 August 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at the offices of Gore Street Capital, The Michelin House, 81 Fulham Road, London, SW3 6RD.

The Annual Report and Financial Statements and Notice of Annual General Meeting are now available to view on the Company's website at www.gsenergystoragefund.com. The Annual Report and Financial Statements, formal notice of the Annual General Meeting and the Form of Proxy will today be posted to the Company's shareholders and in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1 copies of the documents have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be available for inspection from the National Storage Mechanism at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/nsm.
